Pull rows from source and atomically replace this layer's renderables. Accumulates the full set before swapping in to avoid mid-load flicker (paginated WFS responses still complete in one swap). Per renderable: install applyFeatureStyle defaults if autoApplyStyle, then run customLogicToApplyProperties.
