Bind this evaluator to a parsed style. The implementation typically parses each expression in style into an AST + caches them keyed by expression text, so subsequent evaluateShow / evaluateColor calls are O(features × ast-eval).

The returned BoundStyle is opaque to the engine — apps hold it as long as the style is in use and pass it back into the eval calls.
