elementBufferKey

Separate index buffer key, non-null only on backends that forbid binding one buffer to two targets (WebGL — see earth.worldwind.util.kgl.Kgl.supportsSharedElementArrayBuffer). When null, indices live inside bufferKey's combined buffer at elementOffset.
