LasReader

Parses a LAS or LAZ file into a LasPointCloud. Uncompressed records are read directly; LAZ records are decompressed by the registered LazChunkDecoder into the same standard-record byte layout, so one field-extraction path serves both.

Supported point formats: 0,1,2,3 (legacy) and 6,7,8 (LAS 1.4). Waveform formats 4/5/9/10 read positions + colours and ignore the wave-packet payload; extra-bytes are stepped over via the record stride.
