Cache freshness row (ETag, Last-Modified, GpkgTileRevalidation.validatedAt) for the tile at (z, x, y) in content. Returns null when nothing has been stored for this tile.
Lives in a worldwind-private side table; the OGC tile-user-data table stays clean for external readers. Any HTTP-fetched tile cache (image, vector, elevation) can use this.
