gpkg_contents.data_type value for the OGC 3D Tiles GeoPackage Extension. Each blob-cache table created by setup3DTilesContent registers its row with this data_type so external GeoPackage tools (QGIS, GDAL, ogr2ogr) recognise the 3D Tiles payload rather than seeing it as an unknown user table.
